WOW!!! I am amazed by the generosity I have already seen in the people around me. I HIT MY FIRST THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! Praise be.I wanted to share a little of what my support letters look like:

"In 2018, I heard about an organization called The World Race and my heart lit up. I always felt like it was something I wanted to do but would never get the chance to. But here I am!!! I just got accepted and am able to start the journey to living out a dream. I am starting to see all along how who I am is built for a program like this. In August, I will be joining a group of around 30-40 people to head to Europe, The Middle East, and Asia for 11 months. There we will be working in orphanages, helping women out of sex trafficking, and more. We will be sleeping in tents, or with host families, depending on the country. Every country we visit we will be working with the country to help provide relief. I am aware of the price of this trip being costly, but I am also fully confident in the Lords call on me for this trip."

I have always struggled with money, and the weight it can bring. Even when I was a kid, I tried to never ask for money from my parents. It has been such a step far far out of my comfort zone to ask people for money, but God has been so faithful in it. I have seen such amazing support from everyone around me. If you have donated, thank you SO much from the bottom of my heart. If you have not, don't be afraid to hit that orange button at the top of my blog; your donations are tax deductible. Whether it is a few bucks or a thousand, it means so much to me. If you are not able to give financially, prayers are more than welcome. I cannot do this trip without the power of prayer.
